Acceptable Use Policy

Overview

AGENOTO provides an autonomous digital workforce platform that enables businesses to build, configure, and deploy intelligent Agents. The platform is designed for legitimate business automation.

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") establishes the boundaries within which you may use the Service. Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use AGENOTO to:

Unlawful Activity - Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations - Facilitate fraud, financial crime, or money laundering - Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others

Unauthorized Access - Attempt to bypass, circumvent, or disable platform security or permission controls - Access systems, data, or accounts you are not authorized to access - Attempt to obtain unauthorized credentials or API keys

Malicious Automation - Deploy Agents designed to harm, harass, or stalk individuals - Automate spam, phishing, or unsolicited communications - Generate or distribute malicious content or code

Privacy Violations - Collect, process, or store personal data in ways that violate applicable privacy laws - Deploy Agents to conduct unauthorized surveillance or data collection - Process sensitive personal data without appropriate authorization and consent

Platform Interference - Attempt to disrupt, degrade, or overload the AGENOTO infrastructure - Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the platform without authorization - Introduce malware, viruses, or harmful code into the platform

Harmful Content - Use the platform to create, distribute, or propagate harmful, abusive, or discriminatory content - Generate content designed to deceive, manipulate, or cause harm to others

Your Configuration Responsibility

AGENOTO's governance model gives you direct control over what your Agents can access and do. This is a responsibility, not just a feature.

You are responsible for:

- Configuring appropriate permissions for every Agent you deploy - Granting only the tool access necessary for legitimate business workflows - Enabling approval gates for sensitive or high-impact actions - Reviewing Agent outputs appropriately before acting on them - Ensuring your use of integrations complies with the terms of the connected third-party services - Maintaining audit logs and responding appropriately to unusual Agent behavior

Deploying Agents with excessive permissions or without appropriate oversight is a violation of this policy.

Marketplace Agents

If you install Agents from the AGENOTO Marketplace:

- You are responsible for evaluating whether a marketplace Agent is appropriate for your business context - You must review the permissions disclosed in the Agent's listing before installation - You remain responsible for the actions taken by marketplace Agents installed into your workspace - You may not re-publish, redistribute, or resell marketplace Agents without explicit authorization from the developer

Reporting Violations

If you become aware of a violation of this Acceptable Use Policy by another user or a marketplace Agent, please report it to support@agenoto.com. We investigate all credible reports.

Enforcement

AGENOTO reserves the right to:

- Investigate suspected violations of this AUP - Remove content or disable functionality that violates this AUP - Suspend or terminate accounts involved in violations without prior notice - Cooperate with law enforcement where required

AGENOTO's enforcement decisions are final, and we are not obligated to provide detailed explanations for enforcement actions.
